No. Meela Rides is designed to work entirely by phone call. If you can make a call, you can request a ride.

You tell your concierge once, during setup. From then on, it's saved to your profile and every driver we send already knows — you never have to mention it again.
Who actually drives?+
Rides are provided through a licensed, insured rideshare network. Your concierge relays your needs before pickup, so whoever picks you up already knows what to expect — you never have to explain it yourself.
How much does it cost?+
Annual membership is $119 a year ($9.92 a month), monthly membership is $24 a month, and each covers the concierge experience only. Ride prices are not included. The fare is passed through directly from the transportation network that provides your ride, whether that's Uber or Lyft, plus our service fee. Both are shown to you before you book, and the full fee schedule is at meela.ai/pricing. Members also save on every ride: annual members get 10% off their first two rides each month and 5% off every ride after, and monthly members get 5% off their first two rides, up to $5 off per ride.
