Who actually drives?+
Rides are provided through a licensed, insured rideshare network. Your concierge relays your needs before pickup, so whoever picks you up already knows what to expect — you never have to explain it yourself.
How much does it cost?+
Membership is $8.25/month, billed annually at $99/year, and covers the concierge experience only. Ride prices are not included. The fare is passed through directly from the transportation network that provides your ride, whether that's Uber or Lyft, plus our service fee. Both are shown to you before you book, and the full fee schedule is at meela.ai/pricing. Members save $10 off a round trip every month ($5 off each way). If you'd rather pay month-to-month, it's $19/month.
Do you offer a free trial?+

Is this just for me, or can family sign up on my behalf?+
This page is set up for you to sign up for your own rides. If a loved one or a senior living community wants to set it up for you instead, they can do that separately.
